hello lovely. i tried loosing weight,so i started eating one meal per day without carbs likel potatos,bread,Pasta or rice. then i somehow tried eating only 1 meal per day with carbs. the other 2 meals i ate only fruits, vegetable,meat or fish. But somehow i´m wasn´t loosing weight! while eating this way i started working out, but i somehow couldn´t stick to it. so i ended up eating like crazy and being a lazy the last 6 weeks. and i gaint´so much weight back! do you think i did i the wrong way?
